For our special day, we’ve chosen a beautiful destination that combines our love for travel with the joy of being surrounded by those we hold dearest. We’re excited to celebrate with you and create lasting memories and meaningful moments to cherish forever.

While we also plan to celebrate in the Philippines, we’re excited to host this part of our wedding in Spain, a place that holds special meaning for us. Spain’s beauty, culture, and charm resonate deeply, and in the future, we dream of spending time here and making it a second home.

When choosing the location, we wanted somewhere close to a beach, as we both love the sea, and a smaller, welcoming city where we could immerse ourselves rather than feel lost in the bustle of a larger metropolis. During our recent trip to explore destinations in Alicante, everything fell into place when we visited Villa La Hacienda. We knew right away it was the perfect spot to host our celebration.

Our amazing wedding planners also helped us find the perfect church for the ceremony: the stunning Santuario de Santa María Magdalena de Novelda. With its breathtaking architecture and serene atmosphere, it’s the ideal setting to begin our new chapter together.

Alicante itself offers so much to love—from its golden beaches like Playa del Postiguet and Playa de San Juan to its historic landmarks such as Santa Bárbara Castle. It’s also incredibly convenient for our guests: those traveling from the Philippines can fly into Madrid and take a short train ride or flight to Alicante, while friends from around the world will find it easily accessible. Alicante’s international airport connects to major cities such as London, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Warsaw, Milan, Zurich, and more.

Finca La Hacienda is a private estate located in Novelda, a charming town in the province of Alicante, Spain. Known for its grape production and spice trade, Novelda enjoys a Mediterranean climate and offers a relaxed, off-the-beaten-path atmosphere. The finca, with over 50 hectares of land, boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake, making it an ideal backdrop for our celebration. This Mediterranean-style villa exudes authentic Spanish charm, combining rustic elegance with a peaceful, magical environment. Its expansive grounds and picturesque setting make it the perfect venue, and we’re excited to be celebrating there with you.
